Roof Replacement.. Couldn't be happier

After chasing a few roof leaks in our 20 year old concrete tile roof, we decided to replace the roof. After evaluating 4 bids we selected Panda Contractors. Their quote included the best materials, it was the most complete quote, among the lowest priced quotes, and they impressed me by emphasizing project management planning and scheduling to get the job done as quickly as possible. I give them credit for doing everything they committed to do and doing it well. I would certainly use Panda again and I recommend them highly.
